GPS Mata Atlântica
Engaging to Preserve

Context
The SOS Mata Atlântica believes that small actions have a real impact and that individual attitudes, when shared, can inspire many others.
To support this vision, the GPS Mata Atlântica project was conceived as a platform where anyone can discover and engage in environmental causes.
The idea was clear: to make the engagement process simple, light, and inviting, motivating more people to be part of preserving the Atlantic Forest.
strategy
To transform this goal into an accessible and inspiring digital experience, the first step was to create a clear and straightforward information architecture.
This would make it easy for anyone to navigate the site and quickly find a cause with which they could connect. Next, we envisioned a dynamic and fluid layout, full of attitude and energy, that encouraged navigation in a light and intuitive way.
The main objectives were:
Responsive animation – to ensure that animations worked well on any device, creating an interesting and accessible experience.
Reduction of Bounce Rate – a pleasant and dynamic interface to hold the attention of visitors and encourage exploration.
Increase in average browsing time and conversions for registered causes – to make users stay longer on the site and feel motivated to register and support a cause.
solution
With the defined structure, we moved on to a layout that was animated, lightweight, and with personality, aligned with the mission of SOS Mata Atlântica. The animations were designed to add a special touch without compromising loading speed, creating an enjoyable and frustration-free experience, even on mobile devices.
Each section was designed to guide the visitor naturally and fluidly, with clear buttons and links, making the path to registering for a cause easier. The idea was for the user to feel motivated and inspired to participate, as if they were joining a network of people making a difference in their daily lives.
