McDonald's and Coca-Cola joined forces to create an amazing promotional campaign that celebrated this iconic duo. The goal? Strengthen the emotional connection with consumers in over 20 countries, promoting engagement and encouraging visits to the restaurants.
They sought a solution that provided a personalized experience to users, adaptable to different cultures and languages, and that could support a high volume of simultaneous access.

Create an interactive experience that allows users to express their perceptions about the Big Mac and Coca-Cola, while also offering real incentives to visit the restaurants.

The solution was an interactive web platform where users could choose two words that best represented this perfect combination for them. Based on the choices, an Artificial Intelligence algorithm suggested a custom GIF, providing a unique and shareable experience. And there's more! After the interaction, participants received an exclusive voucher to use at McDonald's restaurants. 🍟🎁
We designed the platform to be scalable, culturally adaptable, and integrated with a custom-made voucher system. By using cloud infrastructure, we ensured that everything worked perfectly, even with high volumes of simultaneous access.
In addition, the campaign supported a regionally tailored promotion in Mexico, where users participated in a draw for exclusive prizes.
